Rehabilitation Specialists support individuals recovering from mental health issues, substance abuse, or trauma. They help clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to determine clients’ rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Facilitate therapeutic and support groups.
- Provide education on coping strategies and life skills.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust plans as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in rehabilitation or mental health settings.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
