Job Title : Controller
Location : Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule : Full-Time, M-F 8 AM - 5 PM (On-site)
Compensation : $120,000 - $130,000
Key Responsibilities :
Chart of Accounts Setup :
- Develop and establish a comprehensive chart of accounts.
- Creating account combinations that enable detailed product line profitability analysis.
FP&A Reporting :
- Refine and enhance existing forecasting models to improve accuracy and usability.
- Generate detailed financial planning and analysis (FP&A) reports that inform strategic decision-making.
Fixed Assets Management :
Manage or oversee the management of fixed assets.
Software Implementation Support :
Ensure financial data is accurately integrated into new system.
Qualifications : Must-Have :
Must-Have :
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with XLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and other complex formulas.
- Experience as a Controller, CFO, or Director of Finance.
- Strong familiarity with Sage or Epicor.
- Expertise in FP&A .
Preferred :
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience with data analysis and SQL.
