Pay Rate : $22.00 / hr to $26.00 / hr depending on experience plus spiffs.
Position Summary : To provide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to residential customers according to company standards.
Work hours : 7 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)
Required Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in residential HVAC or apartment / property maintenance
- HVAC trained
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Certification
- Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
