Duties :

• Collecting required information from new Residents to beadmitted
• Recording health details ofResidents; including vitals & temperature
• Administering medications and injections to Residents asneeded
• Treating and dressing wounds andbedsores as needed
• May be required tosupervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Helping Residents get dressed & take care of personalhygiene
• Monitoring Residents food and liquidintake and output

Requirements :

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In goodstanding with State Registry
