General Laborer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient material handling and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : General Laborer

Location : Vandalia, MO

Pay Range : $18 per hour

Shift : M-F 8am - 4 : 30pm and 12pm - 9pm

What's the Job?

  • Loading and off-loading materials in a manufacturing environment
  • Performing metal fabrication tasks including grinding and drilling
  • Operating lifting equipment and forklifts safely
  • Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products
  • Assisting with general site cleanup and organization

What's Needed?

  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to safety protocols
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus
