Responsibilities / Qualification
- PM with solid experience on mixed use buildings
- Fully experience with DOB requirements and regulations
- 7-10 years of experience
- SST card required
- Must be able to travel to the job-site(s) as assigned.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
- Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the job site.
- Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Track time and approve time cards for payroll. Prepare work schedule and must approve time off requested by workers.
- Manage construction schedule and activities
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
- Communicate using the following tools : telephone, fax machine, written logs, email, computer, digital camera.
- Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.
- Monitoring job-site general health and safety.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- Strong leadership, team building, and management skills
Salary
Part-Time $40- $45 per hour
