Position : Supplier and Enablement Specialist
Duration : 1 year contract
Pay : $31-37 / hour
Hybrid schedule : onsite Tuesday-Thursday
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Facility Management client of Insight Global is seeking a Supplier and Enablement Specialists to join their Procurement team and help support the overall day-to-day Procurement operations and the P2P system (Coupa).
The Supplier and Enablement Specialist will be working closely with the Supplier and Category Team and will be responsible for managing supplier enablement activities, onboarding suppliers, catalog management as well as supporting the catalog development.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to analyze data, manage procurement systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The role requires being on-site three days a week (Tues-Thurs) in Cleveland, Ohio.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant work experience
3+ years of end-to-end P2P process experience
3+ years of Supplier enablement and Catalog Management experience
3+ years of experience in Excel to track, analyze, and report on procurement data, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and process efficiency.
