Blue Flame is part of a national service leader, and we have an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious, team-oriented professional who is interested in joining our team in a temporary, 4 month, Accounting Specialist / Office Clerk role.
Responsibilities
- Review accounts receivables and collection activities to ensure that information is processed accurately and timely.
- Performs collection activities, investigates outstanding invoices and processes liens for collections when necessary
- Experience with expense tracking, scheduling and follow-up through task completion.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure timely submission and completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections.
Qualifications
HS diploma or GED equivalent, and 2-4 years experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable required. Related experience and / or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutedFamiliarity with accounting principles and practices a plusMust be able to use a excel, create and interpretStrong interpersonal and communications skillsProficient in all Microsoft programs, particularly excelStrong multi-tasking and communication skillsExperience with HVAC industry and permitting a plus.If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please apply now!
