- Skillset Requirements : Minimum 1 Year Experience, Level 1 or Level II Trauma Experience, Telemetry, IV Start, and Cardiac Drips - Titrate.

- Floating Requirements : Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if needed at both University and Methodist Hospitals.
- Staffing Ratios : 1 : 3-5 Based on Acuity.
- Unit Information : Post Cardiac Surgery, Post Vascular Surgery - NEEDS STRONG CARDIAC / Post-op heart experience.
Schedule Information
- Shift Requirements : 4x12 or 3x12 Nights.
- Call-Ins : If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, various rules apply based on FTE status and ability to make up the shift during the pay period.
- Weekends : Travelers are expected to work every other weekend per their contract, with possible consecutive weekends based on operational needs.
- Charge coverage : Pending operational needs, unit charge nurse responsibilities may be needed with provided training and resources.
