Job Description : Day to day duties :
Day to day duties :
- Oversee the renewal of certifications for all products within the assigned market.
- Identify data gaps and collaborate with teams to prioritize resolution efforts.
- Review and validate product documentation for compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work with product managers, chemistry and materials laboratory, and supplier teams to produce compliant reports.
- Develop a structured documentation system for easy access and management.
- Maintain job aids for compliance data management.
- Standardize documents and reports to meet template requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely upload of documentation to the regulatory agency portal. - Communicate compliance status and potential risks to stakeholders across the organization.

- Demonstrated experience in document management and compliance.
- Knowledge of product compliance regulations and documentation requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Years of experience required :
1-3 years
Education requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Computer knowledge required to perform duties : Excel, SAP preferred
