Key Responsibilities

Solve high-risk, cross-team challenges in financial reporting and ledgering, driving solutions end to end

Guide the long-term technical strategy for the reporting platform and contribute to real-time data ingestion and balance computation

Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through design reviews and architectural guidance for financial data systems

Required Qualifications

8+ years of backend engineering experience with proven organizational impact

Expertise in Go, Ruby, or Kotlin, with a willingness to learn other languages

Experience architecting and scaling high-reliability financial systems

Strong mentorship and cross-team collaboration skills

Ability to decompose complex problems into maintainable solutions
