System Analyst

System Analyst with ServiceNow and CDMB Experience

Location : Remote

Required Skills :

• This role requires strong communication, planning and analysis skills working with application owners and technology owners.
• Candidate must be able to work with different technology departments in Client across all of IT requiring a high-level grasp of technology subjects such as operating systems, databases, servers etc.
• Assisting in developing strategic roadmaps and lifecycle planning with senior technology owners is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a quick learner
• Intermediate+ Excel skills are required to help with data analysis
• Basics of SDLC is a must Have.
• Prior experience with IT projects from starts to finish is a must Have.
• Cloud knowledge is a plus
• Prior experience with Technology lifecycle planning is a plus.

Knowledge of ServiceNow and CMDB is a Must Have.
