Pride Health is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (EMT) to join a team in Arlington, WA 98223. This position is ideal for a dynamic healthcare professional with a strong background in first aid, emergency medical response, and workplace wellness.

• Contract Length : 6 months with possible extension
• Training Schedule : 2 Schedules Possible (Wed – Sat 07 : 00 – 17 : 30 & Wed – Sat 18 : 30 – 05 : 00)
• Shift Schedule : TBD 5 Schedule options :

1) Front half Days FHD (Sun – Wed 07 : 00 – 17 : 30)

2) Front half nights FHN (Sun – Wed 18 : 30 – 05 : 00)

3) Back half Days BHD (Wed – Sat 07 : 00 – 17 : 30)

4) Back half Nights BHN (Wed – Sat 18 : 30 – 05 : 00)

5) Donut (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri (10 : 00 – 20 : 30)

Pay Rate : $35 - $43 / hour (

Job Description :

The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) role requires a passionate healthcare professional to provide first aid support and safety coaching to associates. You will work closely with the WHS site manager, WHS specialist, and Injury Prevention Specialist, ensuring the health and safety of all associates while managing workplace injury prevention, case management, and emergency response.
