Our client has been an industry and innovator in the world of bath, beauty, and wellness for over 50 years. They are seeking 2 (Two) remote National Account Managers (1 for Specialty Retailers, the other for Major Mass, Grocery, and / or Drug Channel Retailers.
Reporting to the SVP Sales, the National Accounts Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and managing their sales strategies and retailer relationships with major national accounts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop National Accounts strategies to deliver assigned budget targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Build and nurture strong sales partnerships with brokers and retailers,
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support financial and budget planning
- Work with internal stakeholders for proposed plans; negotiate with accounts to achieve company's best position
- Monitor retailer sales and inventories; assess risks and opportunities; communicate and implement best profit & high customer satisfaction solutions
- Develop, lead, and identify ideal processes with key stakeholders to ensure all necessary business deliverables are achieved in a timely manner
- Create positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Represent and demonstrate exemplary execution of UCS values with business partners and emerging businesses
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of customers and channels; ability to communicate that knowledge, serving as the voice of our customers internally
- Lead the development of distribution, assortment curation & pricing strategies
- Ensure all customer contracts and programs are negotiated effectively to deliver business objectives
- Think outside of the box, identify opportunities and related risks; assess situation and propose action
MAIN REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven track record in major retail accounts channels
- Experience opening new sales avenues and collaborating with both new and established brokers
- Exceptional Networking and Relationship-Building Skills you cultivate and nurture connections with retail partners, brokers, and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships.
