Qualifications for our Residential HVAC Service Technicians :
Preferably two years residential experience, must have a good driving record and be able to pass a back-ground check and drug test.
Some of the skills were looking for in a Residential HVAC Service Technician :
- Diagnosis, maintenance and repair of residential forced air heating & cooling, hot water & steam heating systems
- Diagnosis, repair, and installation or residential Indoor Air Quality Products
- Replacement of HVAC home controls
- Water heater replacement and diagnosis
- HVAC expertise on cross-division projects
- HVAC safety consultant
- Regularly practice jobsite safety
- Address and perform work adhering to local and national codes
- Customer liaison and consultant on new products and project planning
- Training of new employees on policy and procedures
- Continued training and education
- Training of new employees on policy and procedures
- Ability to read schematics and manufacturer specs
Compensation details : 90000-110000 Yearly Salary
