Degrees & Licenses Required :

Prefer LMFT but will consider LPCs, & LCSWs

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis (please know how to utilize the DSM-5, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy)
• Maintain a minimum of caseload of at least 25-30 billable patient visits per week
• Comfort & familiarity in working with a diverse client base
• Actively participate in marketing and referral development activities where needed
• Provide excellent customer service to patients & utilize creativity in interventions to help them achieve their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
• Other duties as assigned

• This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director

• Must be fully licensed with a minimum of 1 year in field experience to apply
• Willingness and eager to build your caseload with direction from Clinic Director and Owner
