Role : Senior Business Analyst

Location : Trenton, NJ

Duration : 6 months contract

Experienced Senior Business Analyst to provide Project Development work experience and / or Function / Business Process Analysis work experience.

Developing workflows, mockups, requirements, testing and production support for projects.

Notes : Position is Hybrid REQUIRING contractors to work On-Site Tuesday and Thursdays.

Summary

EXCELLENT Verbal and Written skills are Required. The Enterprise Standards and Architecture Team needs a Business Architect (BA) with agile experience, requirements writing and testing experience to work on enterprise and standards initiatives, portal re-design, green screen elimination and the various systems that our team currently handles, like person case search and manage, search and data warrant system and the judiciary electronic document system.

Responsibilities will also include writing requirements for case management functions to meet legislative needs. The Business Systems Consultant (BSC) will be expected to collaborate with ATCSU, ITO and other judiciary partners to gather all the necessary information for our projects.

The information gathered will be used to write requirements to move our current mainframe (legacy) processes to web-based case management functions.

It will be expected that the BSC provide screen designs and requirements in line with standards.

Experience And Responsibilities

The Business Systems Consultant will be responsible for :

• Gathering Requirements
• Adding all requirements to agile studio
• Creating
• User Stories
• Mockups in line with standards
• User Documentation

Writing test scripts and test plansWork with ITO to ensure timelines are met.Interact with user community for input and feedback.

Analyze complex business processes and workflows.Knowledge of Pega Smart BPM - Pega PMF - Pega Direct Capture of Objective - Pega PRPC preferred.

4-year college degree or equivalent study required.6 to 8 years’ experience.Skill Matrix :

• Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology : Required 5 Years
• Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules : Required 7 Years
• Experience with testing, training and user support : Required 7 Years
• Ability to gather data via diverse means (i.e. interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information : Required 7 Years
• Strong skills in Microsoft Visio : Required 7 Years
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and work flows, and propose areas for improvement : Required 7 Years
• Excellent communication and customer service skills : Required 7 Years
• 5 years of relevant experience; 5 plus years in particular application area : Required 7 Years
• Experience with MS Office / PowerPoint : Required 7 Years
• 4-year college degree : Required 4 Years
