Position Highlights :
- Hourly Pay : $30 - $36 per hour, based on experience
- Position Type : 1099 Independent Contractor
- Guaranteed Hours : Consistent and reliable hours
- Support : Access to a clinical team for support and guidance
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual setting
- Deliver live and recorded instruction tailored to each students learning style and needs
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
- Stay updated with best practices and developments in special education and online learning
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Valid state licensure in Virginia or current state of residence (if needed)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital tools for virtual instruction
