Wake Hut Sales Associate

The role of the Wake Hut Sales Associate at Hagadone Marine Group (HMG) is to carry out the daily operations of the Wake Hut retail store, and Pro Shop.
All team members provide exceptional guest experiences while assisting at customers and the HMG Team. Ensuring consistency, safety and accuracy in processes, while maintaining the property are paramount.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifies the customer needs and fulfills them by helping customers select the best watersports and / or accessory solutions.
- Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and always looks for ways to better serve our customers
- Effectively communicates with customers & Wake Hut team on a timely basis.
- Maintains neat and orderly displays, with accessories and supplies well merchandised to present a professional appearance and increase sales
- Ensures accuracy of inventory, controls shrinkage and obsolescence
- Supports Hagadone Marine Group in the execution of successful boat shows, store and off-site sales / customer events, including accessory sales as appropriate
