EHM Senior Solutions is excited to welcome a new part-time Receptionist to our Evangelical Home - Saline. The primary purpose of your job position is to perform clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.

Job duties include, but are not limited to :

• Greet and direct visitors and vendors to their destinations
• Answering phone calls
• Assist senior residents with various tasks.
• Assist with administrative duties as directed (includes typing, filing, posting accounts, work orders, etc).
• Coordinate office supply inventory and orders
• Manage the organization and delivery of mail and deliveries
• Assisting departments with clerical services as needed.
• Other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Previous experience in a clerical position is preferred.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Experience working in a healthcare or housing environment with seniors is preferred.
• Comfortable working with seniors and their families.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to visitors and our residents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple demands.
