Ontario Centerfor Rehabilitation and Nursing is actively seekingan experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to workfor our Skilled Nursing Facility located inCanandaigua NY.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisorexperience in longterm care and strong communicationskills!

Duties :

• Maintainnursing guidelines by writing and updating policies andprocedures
• Complete Resident care requirementsby scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providingsupport to Residents and their families
• Provide information to Residents and Staff by answeringquestions and requests
• Ensure safe and cleanworking environment by following procedures rules andregulations
• Promote Resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of Resident care services byauditing Resident and department records
• Upkeep nursing supplies inventory and otherresponsibilities as required

Requirements :

• Must hold valid RN License
• LongTermCare Experience
• Basic computerskills
• Excellent communication skills andstrong team player
