Job Summary

As a Director of Dining Services, you will establish and successfully implement outstanding dining solutions in one of the most vibrant cities, San Francisco, CA.

Lead an ambitious team, build outstanding dining experiences, and manage client relations in a dynamic environment. Your role will be pivotal in delivering magnificent service and top-quality food.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop innovative menus
• Coordinate all P&L and budgeting aspects
• Roll out new culinary programs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Supervise and improve customer happiness

Preferred Qualifications :

• Equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary preferred, with a BS degree also accepted.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• Proven experience in high-volume production and catering
• Strong budget leadership skills
• Desire to grow with an outstanding foodservice company
