Key job responsibilities
The Amazon Smart Vehicles team is seeking a high-performing, innovative, results-oriented and customer-obsessed, Program Manager to manage our commercial business development strategies program.
In this role you will work closely with leadership, product development, and marketing to develop and implement our partnering strategy.
Key responsibilities include 1) Partner Commercial Management; 3) Revenue and Volume Targeting; 4) Partner Receivables & Payables Programs;
and 5) New Product Financial Operationalization.
Our growth requires leaders who move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit to create new products, unrelenting tenacity to get things done, and are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in market development of automotive products, and is a self-starter willing to operate in a multifaceted way.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
