Sr Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Onsite
Need local to Atlanta ,GA OR Dallas, TX 4 DAYS ON SITE.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Azure, including Virtual WAN (vWAN), Network Security Groups (NSG), and other core services.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure( OCI) and its integration with other cloud services.
- Proficiency in AWS and OCI with a solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on cloud security, performance, and reliability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
They need to be good at cloud connectivity, networking, VWAN etc. need to have global experience. They don't want a resource that just knows the workload, server side.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Implementation :
- Deploy, and manage cloud solutions primarily on Azure with some AWS, and OCI platforms.
- Develop and implement complex cloud environments, focusing on infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
- Configure and optimize Azure Virtual WAN (vWAN) for global connectivity.
- Security and Compliance :
- Implement and manage Network Security Groups (NSG), firewalls, and other security mechanisms to protect cloud environments.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure meets compliance and security standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Networking and Routing :
- Design and manage cloud networking components, including VPCs, subnets, and routing tables.
- Configure and maintain routing protocols and ensure efficient traffic flow between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) :
- Integrate and manage OCI
- Optimize OCI for performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaboration and Support :
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications and services.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure issues.
