What You'll Do :
- The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
- Supervising assigned team members.
- Providing support to the Clinical Manager for the assigned Department.
What You Bring :
- Operating Room Nurse - Scrub and Circulate required.
- General Surgery - Neuro and Ortho experience required.
- 2 call shifts per 6 week schedule.
- 1 weekend per 13 week contract and 1 fall / winter holiday either work or call based on unit needs.
- 4-10s 7a-5 : 30p OR 3-12s 7a-7 : 30p.
- Active NJ RN license, BSN degree.
- Minimum 2 years professional nursing experience, Level 1 trauma operating room experience.
- Hold the Basic Life Support Certification.
- Excellent attention to detail needed in ensuring patient safety and quality monitoring.
- Strong organizational skills needed.
- License Verification All Candidates must have an active NJ License.
- Hours per week : 36
