HR Manager

Responsibilities :

  • You will be responsible for partnering with the HRD in implementing best practices to support the achievement of departmental and company goals.
  • Work with managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters, such as communication, feedback, and recognition of their employees.
  • Responsible for coaching and advising on sensitive performance issues that arise and drive the best solution for the company and employees.
  • Participate in creating programs that will enhance employee development.
  • Compensation review for any recommendations from management regarding adjustments and / or promotional considerations. May also work on comp structure which will include career ladders for specific teams.
  • Help drive process improvement to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness to support the evolving needs of the business.
  • Understand the overall organization and guide employees to the appropriate resources.
  • Some experience in supporting employees outside of the U.S. Know where to find resources to provide support for our global teams.

Required Experience / Skills :

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Solid understanding / experience with human resources, handling employee relations issues, employment law compliance and investigations, employee development.
  • Excellent use of HRIS systems; creating reports and analyzing data.
  • Experience with interacting with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications :

  • High level of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Salary range in SVBA : $160-180k depending on experience.
