Key Responsibilities
Exceed Client Expectations : Build strong relationships, conduct site visits, address needs, and ensure quality control.
Motivate Your Team : Guide, develop, and ensure the success of your long-tenured landscape crew.
Enhancement Sales : Expand your expertise to drive additional revenue.
Administrative Support : Maintain records and client communication in Aspire Lite.
You Have
2+ Years Experience : In commercial landscape account management or operations.
Client-centric mindset : Proven dedication to customer satisfaction.
Strong Leadership : Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent Communication : In English, Spanish fluency is a plus.
Ambition : Desire to learn, grow, and become a Branch Manager.
