Support channel marketing requirements to ensure profitable growth of the sales and revenue; involvement in the development and execution to support the channel's short term tactical and long-term strategic marketing plans for target personas of architects and designers
Responsible for driving the revenue generating commercialization strategy of new product launches and helps manage in the development of the sales activation plans for all Zurn Elkay products for given sales channel of focus.
Develops a deep understanding of the customer and channel partner persona(s) and is the keeper of the Voice of Customer (VOC) and target personas and regularly gathering feedback on overall "health" of the customer for ways to improve.
Be the recognized voice of the customer through consistent field travel, customer engagement and contact representing marketing at all applicable sales and customer meetingsDevelops and drives channel sales enablement plans and playbooks.
Partners with media and demand generation specialists to target strategy by priority and growth.Assist in development of continued education courses and partner with internal learning management team.
Develop tactical marketing campaigns to assist in the achievement of operational marketing goals per channel and persona in collaboration with media and creative teams (With a focus on Architects and Designers)Builds and maintains partnership and ensures collaboration between product management, product marketing, commercial sales, and marketing creative team.
Captures, tracks, and reports out on channel-specific metrics and KPIs.Develop the Merchandising strategy to visually optimize Brand / SKU performance in key accountsQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or comparable discipline required.Minimum 3 to 5 years of channel marketing experience required.
Experience putting together comprehensive and robust sales enablement plans and playbooks preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), HubSpot, Canva and AdobeTotal Rewards and Benefits
