As a Regional Sales Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by proactively developing leads, maintaining customer relations and selling company products within your assigned region.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will
- Sell high pressure, hard surface cleaning systems as well as runway rubber and stripe removal machines
- Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Schedule and execute demonstrations of hard surface cleaning equipment
- Provide equipment training to end users and channel partners
- Negotiate pricing, terms and prepare sales proposals
- Develop reports in keeping with company reporting mechanisms
- Keep current on trends from both market and technical standpoints
- Rock stars with 5-10 years of capital equipment sales experience and documented success
- College educated professionals with a marketing or technical background
- Ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with product solutions
- Knowledge of industry and applications
- Approximately 50% travel within assigned region
- Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal and professional growth
- Strong technical, communication and organizational skills
