We design, implement, and support HR capabilities to further the strategic objectives of the People Success Team. Our team is responsible for owning and maintaining the Workday Platform, which supports our core user groups : Employees, Managers, and HR Operations.

Additionally, we integrate employee data across various HR and non-HR applications throughout the Coinbase enterprise.

What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

• Hands-on design, building, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, EIB, custom reports, configuration in Workday business processes, calculated fields, security groups, alerts, and notifications.
• Hands-on design, building, testing and deployment of Workday Extend applications.
• Support our internal business stakeholders through the Jira based Production support intake channel, identifying and resolving issues, and providing premier support experience.
• Research and analyze integration failures to identify root causes, and develop plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues.
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues, prioritizing them against the existing backlog based on severity and impact.
• Support the Coinbase Integration team in building integrations with Workato using Workday Web Services and RaaS API calls.
• Participate in and contribute to Engineering Maturity initiatives and tasks.
• Monitor scheduled integrations and develop automated management processes.

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• 5+ years of experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, and EIB.
• 1+ years of experience building Workday Extend applications.
• 7+ years of experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday’s configurable security, Core HCM Business Processes, Alerts, and Notifications framework.
• Experienced with Workday SOAP API, REST API, and Import API patterns, and familiar with using Postman and Workday Studio to test Web Services.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Workday Certified in Integrations.
• Workday Certified on Extend application.
• Workato / Middleware experience.

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.

Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range : $162,350 $191,000 USD
