Job Title : Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at a brand-new manufacturing site building boat for the Navy. The role includes splicing, crimping, and routing tasks, as well as outfitting responsibilities such as installing engines, panels, and fuel tanks .

The ideal candidate will also be proficient in f abrication, using drills, saws, sanders , and other hand and power tools.

Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting tasks, including identifying engine, display, or fluidics issues, and reading schematics and blueprints.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Work Environment

Brand new manufacturing site - very clean and open areas designated to assembly, welding, warehouse, etc. 25 current employees, growing to 100 by the end of the year.

1st shift : 5am-3 : 30pm M-Th, optional overtime on Friday with mandatory overtime for 1-2 months on Fridays.
