Renovation Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Renovation Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is focused on interior apartment renovations, requiring expertise in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall. The position offers a potential for permanent employment based on satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior apartment renovations, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall tasks.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools effectively.
• Execute preventive maintenance and repairs on appliances and other fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timely completion of renovation projects.
• Be available for on-call duty once a month for an entire week.

Work Environment

The role is based in Huntington Beach, operating from Tuesday to Saturday between 8 am and 5 pm. The work involves using a variety of hand and power tools, and requires the technician to be on call for emergencies once a month for a week. The position encourages a collaborative approach to renovation projects in a supportive and industrious environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
