We are a nonprofit organization providing direct client care services for people with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral health needs We are looking for a Case Manager Mental Health Professional (MHP) for our NEWSTART program in Aurora, IL.

What will you be doing?
- The NewStart Case Manager MHP is responsible for providing case management and coordination of behavioral health treatment to NewStart clients including completing initial IM+CANS.
- The Case Manager MHP is expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency as well as the IDOC and other specialty courts.
- This job position may have some work components that can be performed remotely.
What will you bring to the table?
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field (required)
- Experience working in social services (required)
- Bilingual preferred
- A valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile insurance
