Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate in Intellectual Property & Technology in Washington, D.C. Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.

Job requires five days a week on-site in Washington, D.C. Compensation and Benefits : A competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience.

Comprehensive benefits package. Key Qualifications : A minimum of three years of experience in PTAB / IPR, patent litigation in district court, and / or ITC proceedings.

A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field. Applicants with some degree of familiarity with source code are preferred.

Strong research, writing, and analytic skills. The ability to manage and mentor more junior associates. Strong management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and creatively, as well as part of a team. Must be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) of application.
