We are looking for a motivated, positive, team player to join our growing team! The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and maximizing day to day relationships with our commercial customers both new and renewal.
This role will be assigned a book of business that they will be in charge of handling the on going service needs of.
Responsibilities :
Functions as the day-to-day customer contact and focuses their time on trouble shooting issues and helping the client make well-informed decisions that position the client for success.
Keep proper documentation
Work with the producer and other team member on the renewal strategy
Carryout renewal bind processes for new and renewal business
Review quotes for accuracy against supporting documents
Discuss coverage / price with underwriter as needed
Review customer audits and discuss if any questions arise
Review billing questions from customers
Put together new business and renewal presentation documents
Requirements :
2+ years of commercial Insurance experience
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Property & Casualty license (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
