Our state-of-the-art Urgent Care centers focus on the episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis 7-days a week with lab and x-rays on-site.

We are seeking a Full-Time Staff Physician to join our Team in San Diego, California.

What does AFC Urgent Care have to offer?

• Stable and well supported practice
• Environment conducive to increase your scope of practice
• Competitive Pay : $97 to $110 an hour (DOE)
• Bonus Program affords an additional 2.5% to 5% increase in gross pay when volume thresholds are met.
• Highly desirable predictable scheduling :
• Weekly schedule ranges from 22 to 34 hours (2 to 3 days) per week averaging 12 shifts a month.
• Minimal weekend coverage requirements (will always have a Friday / Saturday, Sunday / Monday or Saturday / Sunday off).

What does AFC Urgent Care require?

• An unrestricted medical license (MD / DO) in California
• DEA Certificate
• Minimal one year experience in ER, Urgent Care or Walk in Care
• Able to treat patients of all ages
• Competent performing minor procedures (laceration repairs, incision & draining, etc.)
• Available to fulfill the set work schedule.
