To join our team please have the following requirements :
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in this state.
- Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
- No previous superivsory experience needed, we will train you!
- Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, and other personnel.
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
- LTC / SNF experience preferred
Responsibilities :
- Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the public.
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
- Direct provision of care accoutding to each resident's plan of care in accordance with regulations and nursing standards of practice
- Ability to work independantly or as part of a group
