Compensation :

$90,000 - $115,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Build strong relationships with new clients in Houston, TX by acting as their trusted financial advisor
• Tailor financial plans for each client based on their career, life stage, and changing financial needs
• Evaluate each client’s financial information to determine their financial status, goals, retirement plans, and other wealth management factors accurately
• Be a structured and coachable team player open to learning from team members
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment suggestions

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant tools is highly preferred for this role
• Exceptional communication skills and strong mathematical abilities are essential, along with a proven history of cultivating enduring relationships with both existing and potential clients
• Basic understanding of financial industry principles, financial products, and the responsibilities of a financial advisor is an advantage when applying for this position
