We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Captura Hall. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our store, responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions.
This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring that every customer leaves happy.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist with restocking shelves and inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Skills Required :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to assist customers.
- Previous experience in a retail or cashier role is preferred.
