This trailer technician role pays up to $30 / hr PLUS incentive bonuses based on billed hours! We are also offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus! ($5,000 at 90 days and $5,000 at 12 months)

This is what we're looking for :

• 2+ year of experience with working on trailers preferred
• Good communication skills with the service manager, service writer and customers about jobs in progress
• Ability to provide your own tools and box
• Valid Driver’s License
• CDL is a plus, but not required.
• Someone who is driven to work efficiently and safely to provide the best service.
• Someone who will repair trailers including : brake jobs, air system repairs, axle work, welding, cutting with a torch, some container repairs, patches, door repairs / replacements, reefer repair, roof / wall / floor repair.
