We focus on providing safe, convenient, and professional infusion services to drive better patient outcomes.

Role Description :

  • This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Executive at Vital Care Infusion Services in Lexington, KY.
  • The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth within the infusion therapy market.
  • Interact directly with physicians or case managers in hospitals or clinics when applicable to provide details of our services and answer their questions.
  • You will be held accountable for meeting a defined market infusion revenue budget by servicing and growing both existing business and gaining new market share.
  • Work closely with clinical pharmacy personnel to ensure the highest level of customer happiness with the goal of delivering the best service possible to patients receiving these critical therapies in their homes or our on-site infusion suites.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with all pharmaceutical counterparts and their respective therapeutic classes.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of Healthcare or Medical Sales, Account Management, and Business Development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in the infusion industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of infusion therapy or medical services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred
