Job Overview :
As a Data Scientist (Healthcare), you will work with large healthcare datasets, applying statistical analysis, machine learning models, and predictive analytics to solve complex problems in the healthcare domain.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions, improve healthcare delivery, and contribute to decision-making processes that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities :
Analyze large, complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve healthcare services and patient outcomes.
Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis to address healthcare challenges such as patient risk prediction, treatment optimization, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, data engineers, and product teams to ensure alignment between data science efforts and business goals.
Work with electronic health records (EHR), claims data, clinical trial data, and other healthcare data sources to derive actionable insights.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), data cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for analysis and modeling.
Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of data models and implement improvements based on new data and healthcare trends.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, and maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive healthcare data.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in healthcare data science, machine learning, and healthcare technology.
