Clive Behavioral Health
Clive Behavioral Health opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis.
Care at this location focuses on crisis management, stabilization and development of a plan to return to community living with, if needed, supportive outpatient services and community services and resources.

Qualifications
Program Therapist Licensed - $8,000 sign on bonus
The Program Therapist performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their biopsychosocial needs while enabling them to access through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients / families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed.
Program Therapist Requirements :
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinical related field
- Licensed in the State of Iowa as a t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW or LISW
- Superb documentation skills
- Good communication and relationship skills including the ability to set boundaries, hold confidences, establish and maintain trust.
- Must have current CPR and Mandatory Reporter for Adult / Child
