About The Position

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document accurately in the medical record.

Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans.

Monitor and maintain IV lines, catheters, and other medical equipment.

Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide emergency interventions as needed.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.

Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
