Real Estate Investments Sr. Accountant Our client focused exclusively on Massachusetts. It is a privately held commercial real estate firm with exceptional services for investors in all asset classes.
The firm was founded in 2009 and has since grown to over 30 people with senior leadership having over 80+ years of commercial real estate experience.
They are looking for a who will provide primary support to the Accounting Manager and will review, manage, audit, analyze, and facilitate all financial matters related to assigned properties.

Responsibilities :
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports
- Facilitate in completion of the monthly close process
- Analyzing revenue and expenses to ensure recorded properly on a monthly basis
- Maintaining full General Ledger maintenance
- Preparing or managing the preparation of monthly financial statements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization
