Assistant Director of Operations and Media

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and organize events.
Duties
Oversee event activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and bands to optimize costs.
Generate ad creatives to post and increase social engagement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, however not required.
Ability to self-regulate and self-motivate.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated success in teamwork and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
