Description
The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Provide administrative support to the CSN Summerlin Center and CSN Western Tech sites
Assist in the day-to-day operations of site in the absence of the Site Coordinator or Administrative Assistant
Greet and direct all visitors including, students, staff, faculty, and community partners
Assist prospective and current students with enrollment inquiries
Provide information on campus resources
Provide technical assistance and classroom support
Work with campus security to ensure a safe and secure learning environment
Responsible for special administrative projects, semester preparations and test proctoring
Working knowledge of student information system such as MyCSN
Participate in cross training and assist lab techs assigned to site
Support and provided general information on early college programs
Respond to campus security issues that may arise following policy & procedures
Route appropriately low-level complaints and concerns to site coordinator
Assist with inquiries regarding test proctoring as well as proctoring services
Assist with the collaboration of peer tutoring services offered at site
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
Superior customer service
Ability to work with diverse populations
Excellent verbal, written and social communication skills
Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to travel between campus sites
Starting Salary : $15.00 per hour
Working Schedule
Summer Hours : Monday, Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Friday : 11 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Fall Hours : Monday, Wednesday : 1 : 00 PM - 9 : 00 PM & Friday 11 : 30AM - 4 : 00 PM
