LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $29 - 37 per hour! All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care / Skilled Nursing Facility regulations and follows established policies and procedures at our facility in Minneapolis, MN.

• The nursing schedule includes;
• 64 hours per two weeks
• Evening shift

Responsibilities / Job Description

• Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
• Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Qualifications

Required :

• MN LPN licensure
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS)
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred :

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
