Job Description

We are looking for an IT Purchasing Analyst to assist with IT Contract management as part of the application support team. This position is a full-time contract and will be a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do

Analyze IT-related contracts, including software licenses, cloud services, cybersecurity agreements, and hardware procurements

Keep track of contract orders, invoices, payments for a running total of contract activity

Develop forecasts and management reports to flag utilization, expenditure, or compliance issues

Evaluate adherence to contractual terms through audits, reviews, and data analysis

Prepare comprehensive compliance reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans

Provide reports and assistance to IT contract managers in budget planning

Contribute to the development and implementation of IT contract compliance policies

Educate stakeholders on IT contract compliance requirements and best practices

Identify opportunities to improve IT contract management processes

Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending contract optimizations

Support budgeting efforts by providing insights into IT contract expenditures

Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and industry compliance standards

Act as a liaison between IT, finance, procurement, audit, and legal teams

Support audit requests related to IT contracts

Communicate audit findings to stakeholders

Maintain a centralized database of IT contracts

Work with Procurement to ensure timely renewals and amendments

Prepare audit reports and provide updates for improvement

Review IT vendor contracts to ensure adherence to terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements

Conduct periodic audits to assess contract compliance and SLA fulfillment

What You'll Need

Required :

Experience in IT contract management and compliance

Strong analytical skills for contract analysis and reporting

Ability to develop forecasts and management reports

Familiarity with audit processes and compliance reporting

Preferred :

Experience working with IT, finance, procurement, audit, and legal teams

Knowledge of cost-saving strategies and contract optimizations

Skills in educating stakeholders on compliance requirements

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
