Duties :
- Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and provide strategic advice.
- Participate in client meetings, consultations, and negotiations to address client needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
- Assist in managing and administrating estate planning cases from inception to resolution.
- Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed counsel to clients.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on estate planning.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Tennessee State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
- Strong academic background with excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable client outcomes.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Education :
